Land Securities Group, known as Landsec, owns and rents out offices and shopping centres. Its centres include Bluewater in Kent and Trinity Leeds.
What we found
EQ’s directory lists Land Securities Group for its dividend-funded shopping vouchers. Landsec’s own payment instructions describe bank payments or dividend reinvestment, and its 2026 annual report repeats those routes. The sources do not resolve whether a Landsec holder can choose EQ Boost.
Ask about the payment as well as the holding
Before changing a dividend instruction, ask Equiniti whether your Landsec holding can use EQ Boost and which dividend payments it accepts. The directory entry alone does not settle those questions.
Two kinds of dividend
Landsec’s dividends can contain property income distributions (PIDs) and ordinary dividend income. That distinction describes the payment; it does not establish access to shopping vouchers.
Reinvestment buys shares
Landsec’s dividend reinvestment plan uses dividend money to buy more shares. EQ Boost uses dividend money to buy retailer vouchers. A confirmed reinvestment route does not confirm a voucher route.
