How to claim
Show the card itself when you pay and at hotel check-in. A photo, a photocopy or the card number alone is not accepted. The named cardholder must be there for the whole meal, event or stay, and when the bill is paid. Staff may ask for identification.
- 1. Request a cardEmail the Shareholder Inndulgence team at the address below. If a nominee holds your shares, you will not get a card automatically: ask the nominee to request one for you, or send Fuller’s evidence that you own the shares.
- 2. Allow ownership checksBy requesting a card you agree that Fuller’s may contact your nominee to confirm you qualify. For nominee holdings, Fuller’s shares your identity and contact details with the nominee each year for that check. Check that your broker can supply the evidence Fuller’s needs.
- 3. For a hotel bookingBook on one of the hotel websites below, or by telephone, with the discount code that comes with the card. If you do not have the code, ask the Shareholder Inndulgence team for it.

Exclusions and limits
Excluded: Mother’s Day and Christmas Day; Food and drink charged to a room; Accommodation at any Cotswold Inns & Hotels site; Food at pubs with food franchises, including The Admiral Nelson, The Churchill Arms, The Crown & Sceptre, The Elephant Inn, The Forester (Ealing), Latymers, The Old Pack Horse, The Prince Albert and The Sun & 13 Cantons; the list may change; Transfer of the card to another person; Cash value.
Usage limits: a party of up to 12 for food and drink, including the cardholder; events with more than 12 guests are excluded.
The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
Dates
The published terms do not say when you must own the shares, how long you must hold them or when the benefit expires.
- Continued eligibility
- At least once a year, on 1 January. Fuller’s deactivates the card of anyone who no longer qualifies. This is a check that you still qualify, not an application deadline.

Paying for food and drink
Pay at the pub rather than charging the bill to your room. The franchise-pub exclusion covers food, not drinks. You can pay with a gift card or voucher.
Compare the named room rate
The room discount applies only to the two flexible rates named above. Before you book, compare the final price and cancellation terms with the other rates on offer.
Keeping the card
Fuller’s can refuse or cancel a card, suspend the scheme or change its terms. You must keep qualifying after the card is issued, not only when you apply.
History of the perk
The current terms keep an older, lower threshold for people who already held a card.

Higher thresholds for new cardholders
The qualifying holding rose from 500 to 1,000 A or C ordinary shares, and from 5,000 to 10,000 B ordinary shares. Anyone issued a card before this date keeps the lower thresholds.
