How to approach a claim
interactive investor publishes instructions for selected shareholder perks. Ask ii about the company and benefit you want to claim.
Its general instructions ask customers to request benefits by secure message or telephone. The route varies by company, so read any specific instructions in its directory.
ii says some benefits are unavailable in SIPPs and that its directory may be incomplete or change. Confirm the route for your account type and check the issuer’s current terms.
