Gusbourne
Patrons Programme
Gusbourne makes English sparkling and still wines. Its Kent estate also welcomes visitors for tastings and tours.
What you get
Patrons receive preferential wine pricing, access to Patron-only events and tastings, and priority allocations of rare releases. Gusbourne does not publish a discount rate or price list on its investor page.
What it takes
The published terms do not state a minimum shareholding.
All Gusbourne shareholders are invited to apply for the Patrons Programme.
Before buyingA perk is a minor benefit of owning a share, not a reason to buy one. Share prices fall as well as rise, and dealing costs, spreads and tax can exceed a perk’s value. Unlisted shares may be difficult to sell. Check how transfers work and whether your broker supports the holding. Read about the risks.
Holding through a broker
Gusbourne’s invitation does not say whether nominee holdings qualify. The issuer’s AIM cancellation notice said holders could retain shares in CREST, the electronic settlement system. Ask your broker whether it still supports holding and dealing in them.
How to claim
The issuer does not publish which proof of ownership it accepts. Ask the Patrons team before paying for a broker letter.

Dates
The published terms do not say when you must own the shares, how long you must hold them or when the benefit expires.
Practical notes
The programme continued after the AIM delisting
Gusbourne left AIM in March 2025. It invited shareholders to Patron events later that year and repeated the invitation with its 2025 results, published in July 2026.
The shares now use a matching service
Gusbourne names JP Jenkins as its share trading venue. The service matches buyers and sellers through stockbrokers; the shares do not trade on a recognised exchange.
