Unlisted shareholder perks

These UK companies have unlisted shares. Their pages explain what shareholders can use, what remains unconfirmed and what they need to check. A company can leave a stock exchange and keep its perks; offers that have all ended belong in Historic perks.

Trading the shares is a separate question. Some companies use a service that matches buyers and sellers; others arrange transfers privately. Check the company’s route and your broker’s support before making plans around a perk.
