What you get
The Privilege Card gives discounts at participating Shepherd Neame pubs and hotels and at the Faversham Visitor Centre shop. Gold and Black cards carry different rates.

How to claim
- 1. Get your cardCards are issued to registered shareholders who qualified on the ownership date. No dispatch date is published. If you hold through a nominee, or your card has not arrived, contact the Company Secretary using the details below.
- 2. Check the venue and book directCheck the participating venue list before you visit. Book meals and rooms directly with the pub or hotel. Availability and the venue’s usual booking conditions apply.
- 3. Show the card when you payShow your card when you pay. The discount cannot be added afterwards, combined with another offer or exchanged for cash. The card is not transferable.
The terms do not say what proof nominee holders must supply. Ask the Company Secretary what is needed, then check that your broker can provide it.

Exclusions and limits
Excluded: Functions, weddings and large parties; Third-party bookings, including Booking.com; Delivery charges; Resale of discounted purchases; Employees using the card at the pub where they work.
The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Practical notes
Online purchases and brewery tours
You can also use the card online and for brewery tours, but those rates are not separately published. Check the online or tour rate before you pay.
Alcohol purchases
Under-18s cannot use the card to buy alcohol, and staff may ask for proof of age. Minimum order quantities may apply to beer, wine and spirits.
Changing your address
Giving the card team new contact details does not update the shareholder register. To change your registered details, call Computershare Investor Services on 0370 707 1291.
