  1. 1. Request your cardIf your shares are registered in your name, register for a card with MUFG Corporate Markets using the contact details below. Holders already registered to receive offers should receive it with the Annual Report mailing.
  2. 2. If you hold through a nomineeAsk your nominee to obtain the card. Whitbread directs nominee holders to their provider; it does not promise that every broker offers this service.
  3. 3. Book your stayAny booking rate can be used. You do not need to add breakfast when booking; the hotel confirms the benefit at check-in.

Show the original shareholder card and your booking confirmation email at check-in. Copies and photographs are not accepted. Further proof of ID may be requested.
