Before buyingA perk is a minor benefit of owning a share, not a reason to buy one. Share prices fall as well as rise, and dealing costs, spreads and tax can exceed a perk’s value. This page is not investment advice. Read about the risks.

Practical notes
Match the benefit to your tier
The entry-level voucher is used once. It is not the standing discount that higher-tier holders see when logged in. Check the tier before planning a purchase or visit.
Tour expiry is separate
The visit deadline shown with each tour voucher applies to that voucher. It is not an end date for the whole shareholder programme. Book ahead for availability, particularly at weekends.
Compare dining bookings
For an experience that includes a meal, compare the combined price with booking a tour and dining separately using the restaurant benefit. The better option depends on the booking.
Issuer acceptance and broker service
Chapel Down accepts evidence for nominee, ISA and SIPP holdings. That does not establish what a particular broker will provide or permit; no broker-specific claim route has been tested here.
